Recent News About DACA

Before you read any further: As of today, there are no changes to the DACA program. If you currently have DACA, you can continue to maintain and renew your status.

However, today, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the executive order that created the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was unlawful. The Biden administration recently took steps to turn DACA into a federal regulation, rather than an executive order. We will continue to monitor this case and send you news about any updates.
