Legal and Political Wrangling Continues Around Immigration

The legal and political fight over President Obama’s executive actions continued this month. Andrew Hanen, the federal judge who issued an injunction on the executive actions, is considering a request by the Department of Justice to end the injunction and let the programs move forward while he makes a decision on their legality. Read more here..
