Coronavirus + Your Immigration Case

Coronavirus + Your Immigration Case

Recent coronavirus announcements affecting immigration cases:

USCIS Field Offices are closed until April 1st. All in-person appointments scheduled before April 1st are cancelled and will be rescheduled. This includes biometrics appointments, interviews, and oath ceremonies.

USCIS Service Centers are still open and processing applications. This means that if you have an application pending with USCIS, your case is still being processed, and we can still submit new applications as usual.

The Seattle Immigration Court is closed until April 10th. If you are scheduled for an Immigration Court hearing before then, your hearing will be rescheduled.

Attorney Inna Scott and the staff at Global Law Advocates are still working and accepting new consults, but we are conducting all appointments by phone only for the rest of March. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to keep everyone safe and healthy.
