As a paralegal, I specialize in family-based petitions, waivers of unlawful presence and other grounds of inadmissibility, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and criminal history investigations. I also help clients prepare applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Advance Parole, and Parole-in-Place. In addition to my role as a paralegal, I manage the firm’s marketing, including publishing its monthly informational newsletters.
