A number of provisions of President Obama’s executive actions on immigration are due to go into effect in the near future. On February 18, 2015, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will be expanded, removing the maximum age of applicants. Applicants of any age who entered the U.S. before they turned 16, have lived here continuously since January 1, 2010, and meet several other requirements will be eligible to apply.
