As a paralegal, I focus my work on family-based petitions with USCIS. I work closely with clients to prepare their documentation and applications for all USCIS processes, including petitions for family members, adjustment of status to permanent residence, consular process, and petitions to lift conditions on residence for those married to US citizens. I am motivated by the great difference legal status makes in our clients’ lives, and in their families. This includes gaining legal residence for clients who should have gotten their legal status many years ago, but for not having had an experienced attorney. I also manage the firm’s financial department.
