A Second Chance for DACA?

On Tuesday, April 24, United States District Judge John D. Bates ruled that the Trump administration’s decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was unlawful. He gave the government 90 days to explain its reasons for cancelling the program. If the Trump administration fails to convince the judge, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) must resume accepting and processing new DACA applications. Read more here.
